This commercial is part of a larger campaign where we portrayed four different families' home-buying journeys. When we met Victor and Maria, we immediately connected with their challenge of buying a home. We documented their shift from the stress of traditional home buying to discovering Orchard's innovative "buy first, sell later" approach. By capturing their real-world experience, we illustrated what a truly seamless home buying experience can mean for a family.
